But Larry Spargimino of Southwest Radio Church, a regular on Southwest’s “Watchman on the Wall” broadcast, quickly qualified that by explaining that it’s good because people now are waking up to how far away from God the nation has moved.
“A lot of people have awakened, they have come alive, and they are asking questions. Where are we going? What’s happened to our country? I believe we have a great God. I believe that God wants the door to be opened, for souls to be saved,” he said.
He said author Jonathan Cahn’s message in “The Harbinger” book and “Isaiah 9:10 Judgment” video contain what Christians need to hear.

My commentary: There is some disagreement as to whether what we are seeing now in America is judgment or warning. Perhaps it is both. I am all for hope, and my hope is ever and always and only in Jesus. Turning things around here won’t halt what is happening in the Middle Eaast and Israel. But it could have a huge impact on what kind of America we live in for whatever time we have left, and how many souls are saved from hell.
