Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States John Roberts scheduled a case by attorney Orly Taitz dealing with Barack Hussein Obama’s use of forged IDs to be heard in conference before the full Supreme Court. The case titled Noonan, Judd, MacLeran, Taitz v Bowen provides a mountain of evidence of Barack Obama using a last name not legally his, forged Selective Service application, forged long form and short form birth certificate and a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 which was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS. Additionally, this case provides evidence of around one and a half million invalid voter registrations in the state of California alone.
Please, keep in mind, Richard Nixon was reelected and sworn in, but later was forced to resign as a result of Watergate. over 30 high ranking officials of Nixon administration including Attorney General of the United States and White House Counsel were indicted, convicted and went to prison. ObamaForgery gate is a hundred times bigger then Watergate. More corrupt high ranking officials, US Attorneys, AGs and judges were complicit, committed high treason by allowing a citizen of Indonesia and possibly still a citizen of Kenya Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barack (Barry) Soebarkah, aka Barack (Barry) Soetoro to usurp the U.S. Presidency by use of forged IDs and a stolen Social security number

I cannot imagine what would happen if Obama were ruled ineligible. That would make Biden president! But it would also invalidate all the executive orders and laws he has signed, would it not? I am not convinced that taking Obama out of office at this juncture would lead to better things. It could turn out like the overthrowing of governments in the Middle East and whatever/whomever fills the void may be something/someone even worse. If Obama goes, there will be several others who will go down with him. That’s a lot of upheaval. I can’t say I trust anyone in our government to get in there and restore order. It’s more likely they’d take advantage of the chaos to get up to their own shenanigans. It’s a fine mess we’ve gotten ourselves into. This is, however, the furthest any of the eligibility cases have gotten towards being actually heard. All others were dismissed without conference.

High Treason has been committed by the sworn clerks of the SCOTUS. Only 4 of the 9 did the required paperwork for the Justices. The other 5 HID the documents!!!! So no ruling could be made today. Check online for further updates.

If Obama were ruled ineligible, it’s true that Biden would become President. But for how long? He, too, is up to his hairplugs in these crimes. Indeed, I would suspect that has been his reasoning for sticking with Obama all this time: knowing that eventually this issue would come to a head, and if Obama was out, then he, Biden, would be in.
But I’m not holding my breath that Roberts is going to do the right thing. If Ginsburg can unilaterally refuse to have the court consider invalidating rulings by the illegally appointed members of the NLRB, in a lawsuit consistent with and following on the recent ruling by the Court of Appeals, by virtue of the fact that the suit was filed in a district that falls within her purvue, and yet contravenes Ginsburg’s partisan leanings, I am not sanguine that there exists within the Supreme Court any vestige of respect for the rule of law or the Constitution, or any sense of ethical conduct.

You said a mouthful there, and we would be wise not to hold our breath for anyone on the court, or even in congress for that matter, to do uphold the Constitution. Crazy uncle Joe Biden scares me even more than Obummer because I really think he has a screw loose. Roberts has already been bought due to his illegal adoption of this kids from Ireland. The reason NO ONE in Congress or the court stands up against these violations, is that they all have skeletons in their closets and none of them wants to lose their cushy jobs and pay. They might put on a show of “standing” against each other “on principle” but you can bet at the end of the day all of those guys slap one another on the back, have a drink and a cigar, and they’re all pals. Meanwhile the nations is more divided racially, religiously, and politically than it was 4 years ago. This is just a conference hearing, and I frankly doubt it will go beyond that stage.

Unfortunately it is nothing more than smoke and mirrors by the obama regime! The only fair way to have a chance to even have the evidence seen on its merits is to remove Kagan and Sotomayer from having authority in its determination! Neither one will recuse themselves as is required by laws under 28 USC 455. They believe they are above the law!!! Everyone call your congressmen, call your senators, protest, protest, protest!!

We are all hoping that the Supreme Court will STOP turning a blind eye to the obvious, the presidents will to omit. Omission in this case is equal to guilt. We also know there is rarely justice in a court of law only Law. Americans are asking that the Supreme Court apply the Law of the land That will beat serve this country a country that was once a strong Nation A wealthy nation and now we are deeply in debt But kniw that Americans have not atopped working we cant continue to provide the amount of money that is being waisted on New Departments tgat are not needed Immigration (gold ticket because a child is involved) The pharmaceutical companies driving up health care We are quickly running out of steam and money AMERICANS once stood proud. The mood has changed. People are frustrated and tire I being lied to. The empty promises of politicians has become the laughing stock of mainstream media
America was once powerful. It was respect that gave us that power. Respect is not something one can demand respect must be earned Many country’s have lost respect for the western world and I can’t much blame them. Look at their cities. We have destroyed them. Justice Roberts, your honor, Please know that a government can not be dedicated to its people when it is dedicated to another government. Americans have been patient. We have been tolerant. But with every signed executive order that squashes another right , with every country that we invade without REAL reason Americans are growing less patient I ask that you consider the spoken evidence that is presented but also the omitted evidence. As this is the clearest evidence of all. Secrets lies and deception will destroy this country. Look what it has done to other countries who have rulers that take away rights. The country failed without the support of Citizens no country can succeed it is the citizens that are the glue that hold it together. I compared 1996 NDAA and NDAA 2012. EXTREME DIFFERENCES in amendments. never in history have American citizens faced such demise
We are depending on you to free us from the never ending violation of rights We are asking that you carefully examine the evidence that is presented as well as consider why there was such great measure taken to hide this evidence. Consider that Barak Hussein Obama has now been in office 4 full years and still has not proven who he is or where he was born. DO WE KNOW HIM? No. we don’t. We know very little about him prior to his days as a Senator. But it’s not just those who are looking. NO ONE has come forward to give any history on president Obama Please take into consideration that Barak Obama is the ONLY president in history that has refused a birth certificate.

It’s a smell of a hess. As you say, it will probably lead to upheaval, but I must admit a wee-bit-of-satisfaction in seeing this. If it comes to fruition and JUSTICE is served, the true mettle of our country will emerge. May God have mercy on us.

I received a phone call shortly before the election claiming to represent the Republican Party. As I was pressed with illness and personal troubles at the time I gave out my info (credit card info, etc.), w/o due caution. My credit card was never billed and I never heard back. I DO donate to the Republican Party. I was a ‘Make Barak Obama a One-Termer” supporter from way back. I cancelled my credit card, of course. Unfortunately, the Actual RNC then called, it was clear who it was this time, the other call was definitely suspect; but I was still wary of giving out my info over the phone because of the fraudulent call. So they didn’t get any money from me. I am quite sure that this was an Obama re-election tactic. Whether anybody else experienced this, I would be curious to know. Whether the call was one person targetting me or a few or many people targetting many, I don’t know.

It was definitely an opportunistic call. I think credit card fraud is up along with every other scam these days. Four times in 5 months we have discovered small unauthorized charges on our bank account. Small charges don’t generally raise the red flags as fast, but they would have to do a lot of them to make it profitable. Ironically it was one of the big 3 credit monitoring agencies that was doing it! We were inconvenienced to have to get new cards each time. One card had never even been used yet. Don’t ask me how that could happen. It was never out of my house. Bank nor Credit agency niether one could tell me how it could happen. They acted like it was my fault somehow. That’s the world we live in.

Thanks, that’s reassuring. I had this nagging doubt that maybe there was a pattern of such calls deliberately designed to undercut last-minute fund-raising by the RNC, I thought that would probably have been noted if it had happened but I don’t get much of the news–you’re right, probably just a random credit card fraud call. I just wonder why a charge never showed up.
