I will do these emails in a way you should be able to cut and paste all 10 email addresses directly into your email address bar, then you only write the letter once and send all 10 at one time. Their full names are in the previous post.

These are all men, so it’s fine to address Dear Sir. I know standard etiquette would be “Honorable [name], but sheer volume is the key on this. An assistant will be the one reading it anyway, most likely, and tallying the requests.
