E arth bursting forth with blossoms

A fternoon walks

U nder bright blue skies with fluffy white clouds

T aking a look at the progress of the backyard garden

I n anticipation of summer’s bounty

F inding new blooms among the jasmine and wysteria

U ndulating ripples sparkle in the birdbath

L ovely red fire of the dwarf Japanese maple

S o much to be thankful for

P recious tokens from the hand of my loving Creator

R eminders of His promises

I  embrace them today

N ewly refreshed

G od knows how to give good gifts to His children.

D aily His mercies are renewed

A nd my needs are met
