Winter wonder whiteness wind

Snow-silly-softness scatter and spin

Twirl and twinkle

lift or linger

Fine but fickle

a nose to tickle

Pretty-fuzzy-magic-lovely snow!

All so different, snowflakes fall

Soon to be a snowman

or snowball.

Sleds and slickness

Snowy thickness

caps and mittens

Sniffles and sickness

No school, old fool, young and old alike

Playing on the playground

Even at night.

Oh but it’s new

Oh but it’s fun

Oh but thank goodness

It’s soon to be gone!
