One World Religion

Even the events in Russia are moving towards the one-world religion.

There is a standoff going on that has been in force since the Garden of Eden and is about to culminate in the worst period this world has ever experienced.

I look around and many of the Christians I know are so deep in debt, or struggling with personal problems, distracted just as Satan wants, so as not to be involved in the Lord’s work.

We have our Lord’s promises to watch over and provide, but I still think the days ahead will test the faith of every believer.  If you or your family have not hit upon difficulties, a crisis of some kind, don’t be too surprised when it hits.  It is a mercy of the Lord, to remind us when necessary, to put all our faith in Him, not our wisdom, not our theories, not our brawn and certainly not money or even “supplies” and planning.  All that we have is subject to being stripped from us, but nothing can separate us from the love of God, and we can count on His promises.  Persecution of Christians is ramping up all over the world, and anyone who still holds to Judeo-Christian values is going to find their views tolerated less and less, so of course anyone who insists on proclaiming Jesus and His Gospel, will eventually be persecuted for doing so.

But remember, the Lord doesn’t have to do anything “early”.  If you begin to hear disturbing news reports of civil unrest, police brutality, and even troops taking action against citizens or some new major terrorist strike, take heart.  God can whisk us out of there right in the midst of the exploding chaos, and I will not be surprised if that’s just how it happens.  Still, up until the moment He does call us up, the potential for many “presently burning small fires” across the globe to flare up into raging infernos, still exists.  I can’t stress enough for folks to do business with the Lord while there still is time.  The age of Grace is quickly closing. When the “door opens in heaven, and we Christians hear the call to come up there, your chance to escape the wrath to come, will have expired.  You can still be saved, unless you take the mark of the beast.  The Bible is expressly clear that anyone who takes that mark is eternally damned, no more eligible to receive grace.
