I continue to remain flexible in the types of things posted on here, as the Lord leads, and as circumstances dictate.  Right now, prophetically speaking, so many things are converging, so news updates are always important, however, equally pressing is the unction to keep giving readers access to the few solid and truly scriptural resources out on the web for keeping up with these things for themselves.  Deception and error are creeping so quickly into ministries that only in the past couple of years, we could count on, and the deceivers, meanwhile, just keep growing in influence.  I read on Elizabeth Prata’s blog just yesterday how Joyce Myer, a year ago, had a Twitter following of about 750,000 and now it numbers nearly 3 million.  Joel Olsteen’s appeal is similar.  They are both “pleasant”, positive, and refuse to address sin and hell.  Who wouldn’t buy into that?  Well, you would think Christians would know better and wouldn’t buy into it.  But alas, this is not the case. 

The Light Seed is a great site on BlogSpot written by Jean-Louis Mondon, a Christian who spent years in the New Age movement, and was delivered mercifully out of it by the Lord. Among other things on his blog, he addresses the “creep” of New-Ageism into the mainstream church, and just how dangerous to the soul these teachings are.  Below the line his writing begins, and you can access the entire post at his blog via the link at the bottom.—STLloyd

know that a lot has been written about Mr. Bell and Eastern spirituality. I

just want to contribute with this post my first hand knowledge of the subject.

the reader to understand and make up his/her own mind about spiritual
