I read a headline yesterday about two twelve year old girls who tried to kill their friend, stabbing her multiple times and leaving her in critical condition, fighting for her life.  The particular interview I read today , quoted the brother of one of the attackers.  Even the way the brother spoke, in contradicting statements he seemed unaware of, reminds me of people in cults who are utterly deceived.  These girls were infatuated with an “urban legend” character that was “conjured up” on the bizarre website Creepy Pasta.  When we were kids, who didn’t hear the silly-scary stories of the man with the hook hand, kids on a dark rural street, hearing a noise outside the car, finding the hook on the door handle when they get to safety, proof that they narrowly escaped an encounter with the deranged criminal?  I never cared to hear stuff like that, but it was pretty harmless compared to the stuff kids seem to enjoy “getting scared by” today. I think that they are having real encounters with real demonic entities.  Granted it sounds like this entire family is delusional or mentally ill in some way, and clearly the girl is “not right” mentally.  But how can anyone separate the act from the intrinsic evil that has to be at work when a child of 12 can premeditate and carry through with a plan such as this?  It is beyond Charles Mansonesque.  Children! Killing other children!  The brother stated that it was random, and also that it was premeditated.  He stated that she was smart. had to know what she was doing, and yet couldn’t really understand the implications of what she did.

It is one thing to read about something like this, and easy for anyone who has never experienced it to brush off and many will even laugh.  But this is just a foretaste of the evil that will prevail across the whole world during the coming tribulation.  By prevail, I mean, 100% control.  Sort of like how Kim Jong Un prevails in NoKo.

Yesterday I wrote a piece that talked about some “star watch” celestial events in the constellations, which are happening this week.  I want readers to know that was in no sense an attempt to merge astrology and the Word.  The pagans worship the stars, and attribute all sorts of meanings and powers to them.  From a Biblical perspective, we know the Lord said that those heavenly bodies would be for signs.  But doesn’t give us a lot of details about how that works.  My use of the names of Leo, and Virgo for instance, are used in the same sense astronomers use it.  I just think there were several very interesting a parallels and coincidental convergences in the symbolism and particularly with the feast of Pentecost coming on the 8th.  God knows what it all means, and the entire spiritual realm is watching.  I think God records everything.  In such a way, I think these events in the sky probably serve to “bear record” of what IS happening, as opposed to bearing witness to what “will happen”.  Sort of like the Star of Bethlehem.  It merely reflected what was taking place on Earth.  Like the heavens are God’s cosmic surveillance system. Just a figure of speech and a feature of my vivid mind that functions in word pictures.

I shudder at the thought of how horrific existence on this Earth will be when the evil that is behind the heinous act of those two young girls, is completely let “off the leash”.  Satan and his demons love death and torture and blood.  It is a sad reality that so many professing Christians are convinced there will be no rapture, that the catching away of the church is a “false doctrine”, and that expect to be here when this happens.  Not only that but are “preaching” preparedness.  There is  no preparation for what is coming.  They grossly underestimate evil and man’s ability to conquer it in any way.  We simply cannot stand in the face of it.  Not in the flesh.

I, for one, having been attuned to prophetic events daily for five years now, look forward with great anticipation to being removed from this world in the not-too-distant future, being counted “worthy” to do so solely and entirely on the basis of the imputed righteousness of Jesus, which the Lord traded for my sins.  My guilty verdict stands, but my “sentence” has already been served by the Lord Jesus.

When you read these disturbing things in the news, let it be a warning and a minor foretaste of what will entirely encompass this world sooner or later.   This evil has been conquered by Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection.  There will never be a man-made Utopia.  Though some evil things have yet to play out, the ending, the outcome, is already “written”.  Your ending, however, is not “written in stone” yet.  While you still have breath, you can be saved.  I don’t know, from day to day, who comes across my words on this blog, but I don’t believe in coincidences.  I don’t know, no one does, exactly when the curtain will go down on this era.  Many would have you believe that mankind himself is about to take charge of his own “evolution”.  It is a lie.  And many will embrace it.  Rejecting truth makes one susceptible to lies.  That is a spiritual principle, just as gravity is a physical one.  God is.  Whether you believe in Him or not, does not change it.  He created all of us, and all that is, He sustains it, and He has sovereignty over it.  Each of us will face our Maker some day.  It may be a lot sooner than you think. What will you have to say for yourself when you face Him?  You will know hell is real then, and you will not laugh and think you’re going to be in good company there.  When you plead with Him for mercy, He will show you all the times in your life when He already extended you mercy, and you will have no defense, no excuse.  But it doesn’t have to be that way.  If He is tugging at your heart, conscience, spirit, open up to Him, admit that you are a sinner, and that you can’t change.  Ask Him to redeem you.  Make Him your Lord and your Savior today.  Get a good King James Bible and read Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, and Romans, for starters.  Talk to Him.  It is not too late, today.  But it may be tomorrow, or a week from now.  I’m praying for you!
