He talks about how the pole shift re-distributed the weight of things on the surface of the Earth, which effects the centrifugal force and like a skater who tightens arms and legs to the body, or extends them out, this effects the rotation of the Earth and time, itself.  There was a pole shift in 2011, (I think) and this scientist claims another one is still coming, based on his interview on Prophecy Watchers with Gary Stearman. Prophecy, according to Brent Miller, is matching the science which his team has uncovered, about these coming events.
