No charges for officers. No riots either. Just a white male minor, nothing to see here. That said, fifteen is a bit old for this kind of prank. Stupid games and stupid prizes notwithstanding, not even anger management classes for the cops. So many things wrong with this scenario. Another similar incident got a Georgia man arrested recently.
