Yes. It’s about the lasers which were used to start fires. Different wavelengths of light have different colors. Lasers are light. It’s the same priciple of the light spectrum that creates the effect via the red and blue 3D glasses used to view a movie in 3D. Blue lasers would not heat up and ignite a material which is already blue. If they used a green laser, it would have been anything green that would have been unscathed. I don’t think the barrells being blue for the biohazardous waste was just coincidental.
I have not watched this yet so maybe it answers my question: have you seen videos about how things that were blue did not burn up in Maui?
