I am experiencing exactly what this youtuber is describing, on top of having post acute withdrawal syndrome from getting off an SNRI that I was put on for pain 13 years ago. Weaned off super-slowly over a 9 mo period, and been off entirely for 9 and a half weeks. (Prayers appreciated!)

I don’t know this channel, it just popped up in my feed so it’s not an endorsement, but thought some folks might relate.
