Two hundred and seventy five troops being deployed to Iraq to protect the embassy at Baghdad.  They will join a hundred and fifty marines and army personnel already there.  Is Obama kidding?  He has created a situation that will mean certain death for not only the military but the thousand or so embassy personnel.  That is like going after a raging bull with a fly swatter.

I have to tell you, this is getting almost “beyond me” to bear watching.  Everything that is being done now by the higher-ups at the White House, seems clearly calculated to specifically damage America and further foster the upheaval and chaos in the Middle East.

What is happening in Iraq right now is not business-as-usual.  It is a complete upset.  It renders every death of every American in the Iraq war, a complete waste.  And now we are going to work WITH IRAN?  Our soldiers are going to fight with the soldiers who killed their team-mates?

Some of these ISIS fighters have American passports!  What will they do here?  I had not heard of this ISIS 2 weeks ago. What I remember about Isis is that there was a t.v. show in the mid-to-late seventies about her.  The plot centered around a female archeologist who discovered an amulet on a dig in Egypt, and  when she would wear the amulet and invoke “almighty Isis” she was given power to fight evil.  Isis or Ishtar (to the Assyrian Babylonians)-the fertility goddess, in Egyptian mythology, is the daughter of the sky Goddess Nut and the Earth God Geb. (As above, so below?).  She was worshipped by the entire Greco-Roman world as an ideal mother and wife, protector of the dead, and goddess of children and of magic. (Wikipedia).  She was also married to her own brother.  If that doesn’t personify the morals of our present world, I don’t know what does.  This female deity is behind many familiar icons.  The virgin Mary in Catholicism, the Statue of Liberty, Lady Justice (with the blindfold).

Scriptural literalists believe that the Antichrist will rule from Babylon.  It is my understanding that Baghdad is about fifty miles from the location of ancient Babylon, so it is interesting that these things are coming to a head there in this late hour.  Iran has a Shiite majority, Iraq is a majority Sunni.  This battle between the two factions of Islam has been building for many years and I believe that the culmination of this conflict will change the face of the Middle East.  The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS and other variations) is pitted against Iran.  The Shia eschatology which is embraced by Iran and the Ayatollah, contends that what is taking place now, is setting the stage for the return of the twelfth Imam.

It seems fitting to me that this culminating situation in the Middle East is taking place in the Fertile Crescent, the “cradle of Civilization, because this could by all accounts, become WWIII, and so it would bring us full circle.  Before this is over, the oracle of Damascus will be fulfilled.  With Obama’s sudden turnaround, and plan to deploy troops to protect the embassy, this thing is going to explode, Iran will pile on, Russia will pile on!  Chaos there, and chaos here at home because meanwhile, here in the states, a veritable gush of outlaws, terrorists, Mexican drug lords and Gang members are flowing across the southern border into the U.S.

What more excuse will be needed for the state of emergency which will result in martial law lockdown?  Maybe between those ISIS members with U.S. passports, and the criminals crossing the borders, the rogue government will not have to do anything at all.  The nation will implode all by itself.

I have a very bad feeling that all those Americans at the Embassy in Baghdad are doomed already.  It makes me so angry.  Just another senseless sacrifice to further the global agenda, an excuse for war.  I am so weary of war.  Life as we have known it has already changed forever.  One article I read, said Obama was sending in those two hundred and seventy-five troops in order that he will not look weak.  Huh?  Sending a handful of soldiers in there alone against entire armies is not exactly a power position.  Especially when there are over a thousand staff to be protected, or however many are left after Iraq airlifted some out.  The U.S. hasn’t airlifted anyone.

What in the world has this nation turned into?  I realize that America has been manipulating things in the Middle East long before Obama came into office.  I get sick to my stomach when I hear people who think they are informed, still singing the praises of the Bush’s.  This thing is going to get uglier pretty fast.  I think there is going to come a day soon when it will feel very much like the entire world has completely gone crazy.  The precarious pretense of status quo can only hold so long.

Oh Lord, in wrath, remember mercy!  Come, Lord Jesus!
