On This Date in the Land of Toofargone

He looks down from above.  Knowing the moment is drawing near, he thinks how great joy is in store for them, the ones he will bring home soon.

The air is still and heavy down there almost as if the Earth itself is bent low beneath its sorrow.  It seems fitting. It is never easy to watch as something once beautiful becomes utterly decimated.

Those who have chosen other gods will soon have what they have desired, though they are wilfully ignorant of what they will lose and what they will endure.  Every day, they breathe his air, every day they enjoy the warmth of his sun, and the benefits of his creation.  By his will, their hearts continue to beat.

But their hatred of him and their love of sin, is bearing fruit that is putrid. Their hatred of his own, is eating away at them, and they can’t take it out on him, so they will release their rage upon them instead.  They rage against his beloved for the condemnation that rests upon themselves, and they pursue extremes, seeking relief from their own inner misery, blaming, always blaming that on others for their torment, because their pride will not allow them to see that it originates from within their very own hearts.

The wealthy toy with the desperate, for amusement, a past time so “edifying” they decided to make a program of it.  The deviant use children in their sick social experiments, pushing the bar for decency as low as it can go.  A series about a normal teenage boy going through the public humiliation of his father’s transition to a woman. They despise the truth and prefer to embrace a delusion and descend into madness. Millions celebrating one who foolishly believes he can alter God’s design with a few outward changes, and now call himself Kaitlin.  It is one madness what he has attempted, and a more tragic madness that has multitudes of multitudes embracing and praising it.

How far they have fallen on this day. After trading his Word for man’s theories, his wisdom for their folly.  To sacrifice their own offspring was not enough.  We will have NO king over us, this is their cry.  And when the wrath begins to fall, they will yet embrace one whose sole ambition is that they will partake with him of the eternal death.

Do not be deceived.  God is not mocked.  Whatsoever you sow, that shall you also reap.

Vain imaginations, idols contrived in their own minds, and then bowed down to.  They would believe that they can remake him in their own image. They would believe that they can raise themselves up above their own nature, and bring peace and safety to what they believe to be their world, if they only destroy enough weapons, and put the right man in charge.  They oppose their own Creator but they believe in a future they have conjured in their collective minds, and have told themselves and one another, many lies.  They that have pleasure in unrighteousness.  They want lies, and they shall believe lies, even a strong delusion that is coming.

They do not comprehend the reaping that is about to take place. Oh how he would that each could have been gathered to himself, but you would not.  The Father is not willing that any should perish, but all come to repentance.

As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways!  But instead?

For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.

On this day in the land of Toofargone, there are those who protest and complain and gnash their teeth at God, but there are also those who wait in sorrow and trembling, as the Earth itself trembles, the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.  For we are not subject to that same condemnation that torments souls, we have been set free, bought with a price, and we reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

They make accusations against the most high, and we cringe at the arrogance which would shake it’s puny fist at God Almighty.

Does the hawk fly by your wisdom, and stretch her wings toward the south? Does the eagle mount up at your command, and make her nest on high? She dwells and abides on the rock, upon the crag of the rock, and the stronghold.  From there she seeks the prey, and her eyes behold afar off.  Her young ones also suck up blood: and where the slain are, there is she.

And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.

 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;

That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.

And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.

And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

  1. Such a moving truth, Sandee. You are so right. God’s people look on with sorrow at what is transpiring Our hearts are filled with hope, faith, and belief in God’s promises. but it’s so difficult to watch those we care about stumbling along. Their eyes may be open, but they are not seeing.
