After 55 minutes and 4 call transfers the best I can look forward to is having my internet fixed sometime Thursday. That’s a whole 8 days from when they “fixed it” to begin with!!! (By decreasing our speed to the slowest available instead of doubling it like we ordered).

Since this is like not just going from computer back to word processor but posting via Kindle (since Kindle works while computer times out before pages load),AND I am a neophyte to tablet/smartphone/Kindle tech, well trying to post this way is more like going back to manual typewriter, which was before my time.

I am, unfortunately, not such a patient person! Thus sorry to say, I don’t know how much posting I will achieve this week. Frustration!😕😲😥🙅
