Tribulation is coming soon. Here’s how to avoid it.

What you need to know, in order to be saved:

God’s word, the Holy Bible says….

“For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” and “Moreover brethren, I declare unto you the gospel. How that Christ died for your sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day according to the scriptures.”  “The wages (payment) of sin, is death, but the GIFT of God is eternal life”.  “Whosoever will call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved”. “Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation (acceptable payment apeasing God’s wrath) through faith in His blood to declare His righteousness for the remission (pardon) of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God”.

How did Jesus die? He bled to death on a cross. “Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood, He (Jesus) entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. GOD is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to the truth”. Jesus said “I am the way, THE TRUTH and the life. No man cometh to the father but by me”. The resurrected Christ presented his own blood to the Father.

“Who was delivered for our offenses and was raised again for our justification”.

This world is almost at the end. Look around. Unsustainable! Government, systems, civility, commerce, economy, increasing violence, an absolute pandemic of mental health, supply chains, faltering agriculture, all order is breaking down across the planet. Famine is coming. When the rapture happens, billions of people will disappear, including all babies and young children. Early in the tribulation 1/3 of the remaining global population will die as the 4 horsemen ride. If say, 2 billion are raptured and 6 billion remain here after the rapture, thats another 2 billion dead. The trumpet Judgments will result in death of another 1/4 of the remaining population, leaving just 4.5 billion to endure the worst part, the 3.5 years of the second half called the Great Tribulation! The tinkering man has done with God’s creation, and their own DNA, will cause some to be unable to die, though they will wish to.

When God pours out wrath on a rebellious humanity, scripture indicates it will be a time that will be worse than any and all catastrophic events and evil regimes that have ever existed in human history, combined.

You can miss the wrath of coming tribulation by placing your trust in that precious blood. Ask Him to apply that purchased pardon to your own sin. It is sufficient to cover any sin, no matter how egregious, because Jesus never sinned. When you place your faith in that atonement, God removes your sins “as far as the East is from the West, and remembers them no more, as if they never happened. God only sees the righteousness of Christ when he looks at you. “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”

To convict someone, the court must weigh evidence. Jesus destroyed all the evidence against us while on that cross.  But if you refuse to take Him as your advocate, you will face that Holy Judge on your own and have to state your own case, you will have no defense.  God will say depart from me, I never knew you. Going to church, repeating a prayer, asking Jesus to “come into your heart” does not save you if you do not hear and understand the gospel, that He died, according to the scriptures, was buried and rose again on the third day, according to the scriptures. The “according to the scriptures” means it is specific. We can’t dictate our own terms. These verses are the “how”.

God can and is willing to save anyone. No one is unredeemable, and even if you “sold your soul to the devil” Christ’s blood renders that contract null and void, if you’ll put your faith upon what Jesus accomplished. Scripture says “It is appointed unto men once to die, and then the judgment.”

Even if the tribulation were still far off, you still never know when your last breath will happen. The only unpardonable sin is for you to hear this gospel, knowing you are guilty, but letting  pride or arrogance keep you from placing your faith in what Jesus did.

“No greater love hath any man than this, but that he lay down his life for a friend.”

God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth on him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

People ask “why would a loving God send people to hell?” That’s the wrong question. He doesn’t. It is the default destination of the unholy. In other words, “they that believe not are condemned already”.

Why would God sacrifice His own son to prevent your going to hell? It’s because He doesn’t want anyone to go there. Hell was created for Satan and his fallen angels. The real question is: why would anyone choose to not accept such a costly (but free to you) gift?

He is a loving God, but also a sovereign, holy God. Judges aren’t “just” if they let crime go unaddressed. They must fulfill the demands of the law.

What God has done is, after pronouncing you guilty, He stepped down off the bench and mercifully served your sentence in your place, thus fulfilling justice and satisfying the law. He granted grace, (undeserved favor) a way to escape the eternal prison called hell.

He is a good God!
