May the Lord comfort the families and the fellow-officers who worked with these men, and may cool heads prevail, rather than more of the same.  The leaders who have incited this furor will not stand blameless before the Lord, no matter their backpedaling politically-motivated rush to distance themselves and publicly condemn this incident.
