Cargo Truck Carrying U.S. Visas Hijacked in Mexico | Fox News Insider

One can see how the mark of the beast technology is fast becoming very attractive, with eradication of borders and everything being hackable.  —S. T. Lloyd

A cargo truck carrying United States visas was hijacked earlier this month in Mexico.

Adam Housley reported on “Your World” that the truck was hijacked on June 7 in the border city of Matamoros by a group of suspected Mexican drug cartel gunmen. The visas the truck was carrying were for Mexican citizens.

Housley explained that the stolen visas are typically used to smuggle undocumented Central American migrants across the U.S.-Mexico border.

According to the U.S. Consulate in Monterrey, the stolen objects included the approved Border Crossing Cards of people who had applied for their visas.

Housley said the U.S. Bureau of Consular Affairs has issued an alert to prevent the stolen cards from being used at any U.S. port of entry. He also said that Interpol has been alerted to the theft.

New Border Crossing Cards have already been reissued to those affected by the robbery.
